Meet the Team

Kay is a registered nurse and experienced care home manager dedicated to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care by combining clinical expertise with a compassionate approach. Kay ensures every individual receives person-centred care while fostering a culture of respect, warmth, and teamwork. Kay has a strong clinical background and proven leadership skills that fosters a supportive environment where residents thrive, families feel reassured, and staff are empowered.

Nicola our Deputy Manager is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care to every resident. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive and positive environment where both residents and colleagues feel valued and respected. Nicola takes pride in fostering a fun, collaborative workplace culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time at home with her partner and three children.

Linda has been a cook for 30 years. This is Linda’s second time working in a care home but she thoroughly enjoys this. In the past, Linda ran a gold hotel, and microbrewery and was a mobile chef. In her spare time, Linda enjoys horse riding and cooking for her family. Linda also spends her time cooking for the homeless.

Toni has joined the team as our Administrator and brings with her a wealth of experience in this field. Toni is looking forward to getting to know all of our residents and their families. In her spare time, Toni enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog Ben.

Catriona, known as Cat, has been appointed as our receptionist. Since leaving school, Cat has worked in an office support role and for the last seven years, Cat has worked in a care home setting working in the office and reception area.

Cat lives local to the care home and has two sons, aged 21 and 16 years of age. In her spare time, Cat enjoys socialising with friends and family, enjoying nice food and wine together. In addition to this, Cat likes to take advantage of spending time at the family cottage, which is situated in Strontian, Argyll. While at the cottage, Cat likes to take in beautiful scenery and relax by the fire whilst enjoying a G&T.

Augustina likes to go to the cinema, read romances and explore the city, especially the shops.

Christine has worked in the care home sector for a number of years. She has a huge passion for delivering person centred activities and works closely with the local community to ensure that there are opportunities for our residents to remain connected.
