Staff Complete Induction Programme

We are pleased to see our staff complete their 2-week induction programme and are now looking forward to welcoming the first of our residents to our care home in Newton Mearns in May.

The Mearns View team consists of the Management team, Care Assistants, Nurses, Housekeeping Assistant, Activities Coordinator, Reception and Kitchen staff who have all enjoyed getting to know one another as well as learning about the company’s values and taking part in training activities, ready to provide an exceptional service to residents.

The induction sessions provide the chance to bring everyone together in one place and work as a team to achieve specific objectives.

The training will continue until the home opens in the first week of May to allow the team to get fully prepared before welcoming our first residents.
